This page is a county level page for Essex. It is part of a ViaeRegiae seed project, which will list and chracterise all bridges and fords recorded in John Ogilby's one hundred strip maps.
We are going to start with five counties to test our methodology - both engagement with Viae Regiae users and supporters and the type of data and documentation we are looking for and recording.
