Facilitator training
Facilitator training will start in the w/c February 17th 2021 and will be conducted one to one by Colin Greenstreet with facilitator volunteers.
We anticipate a couple of forty-five minute sessions by ZOOM prior to the launch of Cycle One mini-projects
The first of these sessions will focus on Wiki training and Recogito training
The second of these sessions will focus on the role of a facilitator, working with and supporting associates, work and editorial processes
Associate training
Associate training will start in the w/c Monday, February 22nd, 2021, and will be conducted in small groups by Colin Greenstreet, scheduled according to the availability of volunteers.
We anticipate a couple of forty-five minute group sessions by ZOOM for each associate volunteer prior to the launch of Cycle One mini-projects
The first of these sessions will focus on Wiki training and Recogito training
The second of these sessions will focus on the role of an asociate volunteer, working with and supporting other associate volunteers, and working with facilitators
Assignments to specific mini-projects will be made in consultation with associate volunteers and with volunteer facilitators, and will be confirmed on Saturday, March 6th, 2021, in time for the launch of Cycle One mini projects on Monday, March 8th, 2021
